Four maintenance visits; one each calendar quarter. 10% off all repairs, if needed, throughout the duration of your agreement. You become a priority customer. If you call before noon, we will do everything we can, in our power, to provide you with same day service. If by some chance we cannot get to you that day, you, as a Club Ace Member, will receive 20% off instead of 10% off for your inconvenience. We will contact you to remind you it is time for your checkup and set up a time that is convenient for you-one less thing for you to remember in your busy life. Our goal is to provide you with the peace of mind that your equipment is operation at proper levels for maximized efficiency, which will save you money.

Tips Of The Season
If you notice that your air conditioning isn't cooling as well as it used to, there are a couple things that you can check yourself before you call us.
- Check your filter. A dirty air filter can block or reduce the air flow throughout your home and lead to a dirty evaporator coil, which can only be cleaned by a certified technician. Air filters should be changed or cleaned (if reusable) at least once a month.
- Take a look at your outside unit-are there weeds or grass around it? If you notice grass clippings or dirt in the coils, use your water hose without the spray nozzle to gently rinse off the unit. Do not use high pressure because you could damage the coils.
